Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
